Anyhoo, this is the character I mentioned from the Nexus Angel story idea earlier. XD I drew him in Paint Tool Sai instead of Paint for once, and I felt like I had no idea I what I was doing...XD''
Anyways, I also used this opportunity to play with lighting effects and such, so I hope it turned out okay.
In case you can't tell, he's wearing a blue cape-type thing over a blue shirt, and he's wearing gloves.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI absolutely love this. Altari looks realistic, but at the same time looks like an anime creature, and I think it it has a very nice balance to it.The lighting effects are done well. It looks just like I'm looking up at the sun at an angle. Altari's eyes are done very well. They look like they hold regret, sadness a painful past, and a story yet to be told. The wings are great. The overlaying feathers look amazing and the wings look like they're just wraping around him. The cape/ scarf looks almost like it has a cloth like texture. I'd love to see more like this in the future.
